Agenda

The 2023 SSA State Annual Conference will offer a plenary session, networking opportunities, and a variety of engaging breakout sessions. The conference will feature external assessment and inclusion experts and SEA staff. Many of these individuals have served as peer reviewers for the Department in recent years. The conference is centered around three focus areas:

1. Assessment Peer Review in the Context of Supporting Multiple Approaches to Student Assessment;
2. Best Practices for Reducing and Maintaining Appropriate Alternate Assessment based on Alternate Academic Achievement Standards (AA-AAAS) Participation Rates;
3. The Past, Present, and Future of the Innovative Assessment Demonstration Authority (IADA)
