Poster Presenter Information
- Please note: the poster boards will be - 6' (1.83m) wide by 4' (1.22m) tall.
- Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible. The posters should attract attention, provide a brief overview of the research or evaluation, and encourage the initiation of questions and discussion.
- The text should summarize important information.
- Tables and charts should be easy to understand and include short captions.
- Color may be used to highlight and make the posters more visually attractive.
- Information on posters should be large enough to be viewed from 4 feet away.
- Logistics Notes for the Day of Your In-Person Poster Presentation:
- Please print your poster and bring it with you when you present in-person.
- If you bring your poster in a tube, please label your poster tube with your name, so you can easily identify it.
- You can store your poster tube and any bags/luggage (at your own risk) in Room D. There will be a sign that says Luggage Storage.
- The poster boards will be numbered. We will provide you your poster number closer to the meeting.
- There will be push pins on each board for your use.
- Please set up your poster by the start of your poster session and remain with your poster for the duration of your poster session so you can answer questions and expand on the material for interested in-person attendees.
- Please remove your poster at the end of your poster session. Any posters not removed will be thrown away.
