Meeting Information
The CLSD Topical Meeting will be held from August 16-17, 2023, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville located at 1000 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203.
The meeting registration desk will open on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at approximately 8:00 a.m.
The meeting is set to conclude at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2023. When making your accommodations and travel arrangements, please ensure that you stay until that time.
Hotel Accommodations
The official room block for the CLSD Topical Meeting is at the Grand Hyatt Nashville.

Please ask for the "G-CLSD” room block to receive the negotiated rate of $207.00 plus tax. The room block will close on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
The Grand Hyatt Nashville is served by the Nashville International Airport (BNA) about 20 minutes away. Self-parking is not available at the hotel. Valet parking is available for $55 overnight.
