A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. Rooms are available at the government per diem rate of $143.00 per night, plus applicable taxes. Complimentary guestroom internet is included in the group rate for Bonvoy members (it’s free to join).

All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations using their agency-approved method of payment. ACL is not responsible for this process, and reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at time of booking. Please note that debit and credit cards will be authorized for 150% of the stay. The hotel will accept cash as a form of payment upon check-in. You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours in advance of check-in without a penalty. Please note that the hotel may require a credit card to be on file for incidentals at check-in.

Traditional Taxi Service
Taxis pick up passengers at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport in a dedicated taxi loading zone on the Arrivals Curb outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim, Door 7.
Taxi rides cost $36.00 from the airport to the Central Business District or French Quarter (west of Elysian Fields) for up to two (2) passengers. For three (3) or more passengers, the fare will be $15.00 per passenger. Taxis are required to accept credit card payments.
Ride Sharing Apps
All major ride-sharing companies provide service to and from downtown to the airport. Ride-sharing services pick up passengers outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim off the middle curb.
